She has a proven track record of leading high-performing teams while driving strategic program transformation with measurable outcomes - including development and implementation of the first-of-its-kind centralized Threat Management program for a municipality (New York City). Quiessence combines deep technical expertise with business acumen. She is a collaborative executive who partners effectively with C-suite leaders and operational teams, while fostering security-conscious cultures through inspirational leadership and educational initiatives as an NYU adjunct professor. She brings unique cross domain expertise in security operations, incident response, threat intelligence, cloud security, risk management, and cyber resilience to protect critical operations while enabling business objectives.
